Kylie Jenner’s Summer Style Is All About Polka Dots And Bold Swimwear [Photos]

American reality star Kylie Jenner is making a strong case for polka dots this summer.

The reality star and founder of fashion label Khy has been turning heads during her European vacation, wearing a series of eye-catching bikinis.

In her new look, she wore a black bikini covered in small white polka dots, featuring a classic triangle top and unique low-rise bottoms that resemble retro Y2K-style boy shorts.

Jenner shared the new bikini via her Instagram Stories, revealing it’s part of her recent collaboration between Khy and Frankies Bikinis.

The halter-style top and bold bottoms gave off major early 2000s vibes—a trend that’s been making a comeback lately, thanks in part to celebrities like Kylie Jenner.

Earlier this summer, Jenner posted several other polka dot-themed outfits.

During Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding festivities in Venice, she was seen wearing a white bikini with oversized black dots. Her daughter Stormi even wore a matching set.

Not long after, while in Tuscany, Kylie posed in a vintage Ralph Lauren bikini bra paired with capri pants, also covered in polka dots. She captioned the post simply: “A polka dot summer.”

But it’s not just polka dots she’s been embracing. Kylie Jenner’s swimwear wardrobe has included everything from a plunging cheetah-print bikini to a mix of crochet and latex designs, as well as a sleek white one-piece with dramatic side cutouts. She’s clearly not afraid to experiment with bold and playful styles.

Speaking with Elle about her collaboration, Kylie Jenner said, “I’ve been wearing [Frankies Bikinis] pieces for years, and always found the styles so flattering and comfortable.

“The variety of prints and silhouettes allows you to try different aesthetics, like the playful polka dots or the more romantic leopard and lace. Summer is such a fun time to express yourself through style, and to embrace your inner sexiness and confidence.”
