JAMB To Begin Sales of Direct Entry Forms On Wednesday

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that it will begin selling Direct Entry (DE) forms for candidates seeking admission into higher institutions from Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin said this registration is for people who already hold degrees, diplomas, or A-level certificates and want direct admission into universities.
The board stated that the Direct Entry registration follows the completion of UTME form sales, which ended on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
During the UTME registration period, JAMB recorded 2,030,627 applications for UTME, 200,115 registrations for the Mock-UTME, and 630 applications for the trial mock exam.
JAMB has emphasized that all applicants must meet the required entry qualifications, warning that any false declarations will lead to serious penalties.
A special verification committee will assess all Advanced Level (A-Level) qualifications, and fraudulent results will lead to prosecution.
The board also advised institutions to verify certificates before considering applicants for admission.
Candidates can only complete their Direct Entry registration at JAMB Professional Registration Centres (PRC) to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
